ASUS Camps is a not-for-profit, student-run community outreach organization aimed at engaging the imagination and creativity of Kingston youth through an energetic, interactive day camp program that integrates elements of the Ontario Curriculum. ASUS Camps aims to stimulate interest in science and arts through innovative activities, encourage children to continue studies in science and the arts, and dispel myths and negative attitudes towards arts and science by providing children with positive role models.
In addition to offering the summer camps program during July and August for children aged 4-10, ASUS Camps runs educational workshops in local schools as well as multiple outreach initiatives.
ASUS Camps has been a huge success for the past 18 years and we are looking forward to the exciting programming we have in store for 2014!@ASUSCamps
